Claudio Alesse – founding and partner of the Firm – after his graduation at the University of Rome, La Sapienza, became lawyer in 2003. In the same year he started his cooperation with Studio Legale Sabelli. In this role, he was involved in assistance to companies, with particular reference to the representation of the clients in court. In his professional career he has developed considerable expertise in bankruptcy law, actively participating in both debt restructuring and alternative bankruptcy proceedings, on creditors as well as on debtors side. He also lent his work to companies under extraordinary administration (proceeding of bankruptcy for big companies “amministrazione straordinaria”), taking an interest in both revocatory actions and dispute on credit to be admitted in the bankruptcy proceeding. He then acquired a specific expertise in private enforcement actions¸ assisting an important company, belonging to an international Group, before the Courts of Milan, Rome and Naples in some cases started by direct and indirect clients following an AGCM decision. His activity has affected, since his qualification for the practice of the legal profession, especially the areas of commercial law, company law, arbitration and intellectual property. Lawyer admitted to Higher Courts litigations on 2016.
