SabelliPartners with Italcementi in the sale of the Maddaloni plant

SabelliPartners assisted Italcementi S.p.A., a subsidiary of the German group HeidelbergCement, in the structuring, negotiation and execution of the sale of the Maddaloni plant, owned by its subsidiary Cementir Italia, to Colacem, which has been performed on 1 June 2018 by way of the acquisition by the latter of 100% of the share capital of Maddaloni Cementi, to which Cementir Italia had previously conferred the going concern of Maddaloni.
